No, he is not a new addition to Andorozon! cast, he is Micro Mouse from "Extinctioners",
created by my friend Shawntae Howard.
So don't worry Rokki fans, it is not a "canon" scene... for now at least.
Though maybe Mr.Howard would say otherwise...
